How to gather references for your fish taxidermist

GIRTH
Fresh is best- we are after good reference photos of the fish straight after you've landed it. Try to capture as much detail as possible, including all the colourings and angles of the fish (in high definition if possible.)
Measurements to take: Overall length, and girth just in front of the dorsal fin.
Don't have the measurements? That's fine, just give us a weight to use with your photos.
Mount style information
Our style of mounting is designed to let the fish be the feature on your wall. We do not offer driftwood or wooden backboards as these take away from the fine paintwork details on the fish itself.
